Pause while editing or when a connection check fails

Refreshing stops during edits or unfinished input. After typing, save or cancel the edit, then click “Input finished — resume”. If a connection check fails, check your login, connection and view permissions, then click “Resume”. The two buttons distinguish unfinished input from a manual pause or connection problem.

The free version and the pack use the same ZIP. Paste your license key into the settings to use shorter intervals and multiple views after the trial.

Your 30-day trial starts when you first save paid settings. After that, use a plugin pack key for paid features. The trial is separate for each plugin in each app, not shared across the pack.About the plugin pack

Settings stay saved after the trial, or after an annual license and its 14-day grace period expire. The first configured view uses an interval of at least five minutes; additional views stop. Any view with a pause schedule stops refreshing altogether, even if it is the first view. To keep the first view refreshing for free, remove its pause schedule in the plugin settings, save and update the app.

Install and test

1. As a Kintone Administrator, import the ZIP through Kintone Administration → Plug-ins → Import. Keep the ZIP zipped.
2. Add List Refresh to your app. Choose the view and interval in its settings.
3. Save the settings, then click “Update App” in the app settings. Changes take effect after that update.
4. Open the chosen view and check that the countdown appears in the corner.

Before you use it

What happens to filters, sorting and page numbers?

The whole page reloads at the current URL, keeping the conditions and page number stored in that URL. Unapplied filters and temporary state from other customizations are not saved. After typing, click “Input finished — resume” when you are ready to reload.

Does a one-minute interval add load?

Each refresh reloads the entire page and reruns other customizations. The connection check adds up to 60 API calls per hour per tab at one-minute intervals, or 12 at five-minute intervals. Returning to the tab and manually resuming add more checks. Start with five minutes or longer. Intervals below one minute are not supported.

What if my session expires?

If the check before a refresh fails, the plugin stops and asks you to check your login, connection and permissions. Click “Resume” to retry. It cannot fully prevent a session from expiring immediately after a successful check.

Can I pause overnight or on days off?

With the pack, pause for selected weekdays and a daily time range, including ranges across midnight. Schedules use the viewing PC’s local time. Public holidays in any country are not detected; click “Pause” for additional days off.

Which screens are supported?

Desktop table views only. The plugin does not change saved record values. Mobile, calendar and custom views are not supported. Test compatibility with other plugins in a test app first.

Languages, license and terms

These features work independently of country or region. Public holidays are not detected. Configure pauses by weekday and time, then use “Pause” for any extra days off.

Japanese and English use the same ZIP and the same license key. There is no separate English purchase. The plugin’s screens follow each user’s Kintone language setting: Japanese when set to Japanese, English for every other language.

You need a Kintone plan that supports plugins. To import the ZIP, you need Kintone Administrator rights. To add and configure it in an app, you need app administration rights. Import the ZIP through Kintone Administration → Plug-ins → Import. Keep it zipped. Add the plugin to your app, save its settings and click “Update App”. To update, import the newer ZIP through the same screen. Updates are manual.

Your license key appears on a page after payment; it is not sent by email. Save that page’s URL to find your key again. You can also find a saved key in the plugin settings. If you lose both, contact us with the product name and the number on your receipt or invoice; do not buy again. Paste the key into the plugin settings for each app, save and update the app. One key covers one Kintone environment (subdomain), with no limit on apps or users. Renew from the plugin settings when needed. No automatic renewal or automatic charges. Paid features have a 14-day grace period after the annual license expires. There is no grace period after a trial ends. This plugin is not sold separately. The plugin settings show when the trial has ended. There is no trial-end alert on list pages.

Use a Kintone plan that supports plugins. Check the features and permissions described above in a test app in your environment before production use.

The plugin sends no data outside your Kintone environment.
